ReplyDeleteI do know a couple moms who do push-ups with their (obviously older) kids on their backs for added degree of difficulty. That I do not disapprove of.
Even if you don't go to failure, unless the infant is really thin, how would you get low enough?

Good catch! I was so horrified at the idea of placing the baby somewhere where you could very likely fall on top of it with your adult weight that I didn't even inspect the graphic closely.
DeleteBabies can also be used to do tricep extensions, however I don't advise you try this with other peoples babies....
